Founder & Chair

Dr. Chun Lei He

Founder of VolleySike Volleyball | Founder of FutureFusion AI Academy

Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence | Community Leader | Youth & Adult Educator


Dr. Chun Lei He is the founder and president of VolleySike Volleyball Club and the visionary behind the FutureFusion AI Academy. She holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and brings over 15 years of industry experience, having served in roles from Data Scientist to Director of AI in the financial sector. Dr. He is recognized for her keen insight into AI trends and her proven leadership in managing complex projects and high-performing teams.


Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. He is a passionate advocate for community engagement. She has founded nonprofit organizations dedicated to youth and adult education in both academics and sports. With over 20 years of part-time experience in community-based education, she continues to bridge the gap between technology, physical wellness, and lifelong learning.  

AI Head Coaches

David M. : Summer Camp

 

David Meng serves as the Head Coach of the FutureFusion AI Summer Camp and Director of FutureFusion AI Academy. He achieved 5th place in the internationally recognized Veterans Cardiac Health and AI Model Predictions (V-CHAMPS) competition, hosted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), where his team developed an AI model to predict heart disease risks among U.S. veterans.


David brings strong teaching and communication skills to the role. He currently works as a Teaching Assistant for the Model United Nations (MUN) program at LinkedKey and has won numerous awards at both local and international MUN conferences, including Third Place at Princeton University’s PMUNC, Second Place at the University of Toronto’s UTMUN, and First Place at BAMUN, etc.


A student leader with a strong sense of social responsibility, David serves as Co-President of his school’s HOSA chapter and has been a long-term volunteer for Crohn’s and Colitis Canada (CCC). He previously organized a charity concert titled “A Conversation with Life – An Original Music Concert by David Meng” in Oakville, raising over $10,000 for CCC.

At this year’s summer camp, David is committed to integrating artificial intelligence with real-world challenges, inspiring students to explore the intersection of technology, society, and ethics.

Sean J.: Summer Camp

 

Sean Jin is the Head Coach of the FutureFusion Volleyball Camp and a current competitive player with Pakmen Volleyball Club, one of Ontario’s top youth volleyball programs. With over four years of playing experience and three years of intensive training, he excels in multiple positions on the court.


He has helped his team earn several accolades, including a Bronze Medal at the 14U National Championship, a Bronze Medal at the 15U Ontario Championships, and a Top 5 finish at the 16U Ontario Championships. Individually, he was awarded the 15U Coach’s Award and named a 16U Grand Prix All-Star Player.


Sean is passionate about coaching and youth development. He served as an assistant coach for the White Oaks High School girls’ volleyball team, where he was actively involved in training design and player guidance. He has also volunteered at multiple youth volleyball camps, gaining valuable experience in communication, instruction, and leadership.


As a dedicated and enthusiastic young coach, Sean is committed to helping campers grow both in technical skills and in teamwork, empowering them to achieve breakthroughs on and off the court.


Vincent Li: Summer Camp

 

Vincent Li is a Head Coach of the FutureFusion Volleyball Camp and a current competitive player in the OVA. With only 2 years of volleyball experience, he has proven himself to be reliable and consistent in any position on the court. In school, he has led his team to winning halton championships and competing at OFSAA. In club, he has also won a Silver Medal at 17U National Championships. Individually, he has won a 16U Player’s Choice Award and he has been recognized as an 17U OVA Player of Excellence. 


At VolleySike, Vincent has already committed more than 50 hours helping coach young athletes and attended one of our tournaments, earning a Silver Medal in the VolleySike 2v2 Beach Tournament 2024. 


As an experienced and hardworking coach, Vincent is set on ensuring helping all campers learn and enjoy playing volleyball; allowing young athletes to discover their love for volleyball.

VolleySike Youth Commitee (2025 - 2026)

Jessie Zhang, President, Camp Manager, FutureFusion Summer Camp 


Jessie will serve as the Camp Manager for the FutureFusion Summer Camp and President, VolleySike Youth Committee (2025-2026), overseeing daily operations and supporting both the AI and volleyball programs in Summer Camp. A highly organized and responsible student leader, Jessie has been selected as the President of the 2025–2026 VolleySike Youth Committee, where she will lead initiatives that promote youth engagement, leadership, and teamwork.With strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, Jessie plays a key role in ensuring the camp experience is smooth, safe, and enjoyable for all participants. She brings a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to everything she does, making her an invaluable member of the FutureFusion leadership team.
